Product Overview

How HealthMesh Works

A continuous care platform: from provider configuration to patient engagement to real-time clinical telemetry. Built to operate at the scale and reliability enterprise health systems require.

Solutions For

Engagement Engine

The Bidirectional Engagement Engine

Health Routines assigned by care teams reach patients as scheduled, low-friction prompts. Responses flow back as structured clinical telemetry. The loop closes automatically.

01 Provider Dashboard

ASSIGN

Clinicians configure tailored Health Routines their provider dashboard, selecting protocols from a structured library or authoring custom sequences. Each routine is 'prescribed' per patient and versioned for audit compliance. Patients see routines in their application.

  • Health Device Monitoring
  • Measurement/Check-In Protocols
  • Medication Interval Tracking
  • Exercises, Diet, Behaviors
  • Symptom Micro-Journaling
02 Patient Client

ENGAGE

Patients receive low-friction, single-tap notifications and/or messages at the intervals configured by their care team. Interaction depth is intentionally minimal to maximize adherence across diverse patient populations, including lower digital literacy cohorts.

  • Single-tap completion confirmation
  • Snooze within compliance window
  • Push + in-app dual delivery
  • Patient-configurable privacy
  • Offline-resilient connectivity
03 Telemetry Pipeline

RESPOND

Objective continuous care data flows instantly back to the provider dashboard where the HealthMesh Engagement Engine evaluates incoming telemetry against configurable clinical thresholds. Automated actions trigger without requiring manual provider monitoring.

  • Real-time threshold evaluation
  • Health & engagement signals
  • Clinician telemetry alerts
  • Adaptive patient prompts
  • Structured escalation routing

Hardware Infrastructure

Device Agnostic Telemetry

A connectivity architecture designed for the real conditions of chronic care.

Connectivity Architecture

Wi-Fi & BLE First by Design

The HealthMesh telemetry layer is architected around Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Low Energy as primary transport protocols. This makes continuous monitoring viable for rural and home-based care populations where cellular coverage is inconsistent, at population scale and without carrier cost or plan management overhead.

Primary Transports Wi-Fi · BLE 5.x
Cellular Connectivity Not required
Dead Zone Resilience Offline queue + sync-on-connect

Device Compatibility

Hardware-Agnostic Integration Layer

HealthMesh supports a broad ecosystem of third-party certified medical peripheral devices via a standardized integration layer. Organizations with existing hardware procurement contracts can onboard compatible devices alongside their current inventory. The platform abstracts device-specific protocol variance at the SDK level.

Integration Model Wi-Fi · BLE · SDK · APIs
Certified Peripheral Types BP cuffs · Scales · Glucometers · More...
Third-Party Hardware Supported

1st-Party Hardware Program

HealthMesh Connected Devices

HealthMesh supplies 1st-party connected medical peripherals, including blood pressure cuffs and precision digital scales, purpose-built to operate natively within the telemetry pipeline.

Optional white-labeling available: brand identity applied to the physical device, packaging, and onboarding collateral for a unified branded care experience from app screen to physical device.

White-Label Eligibility MOQ-gated, per device class
